Our Cacao Butter certified organic, chemical-free, cold pressed cocoa butter. It is the pure oil of the cacao bean, and the fragrance is beautiful! This raw Cacao Butter is created through a cold-pressed method. The temperature is measured throughout the process and never allowed to reach over 120 degrees Fahrenheit (usually less). Most cacao butters are heavily heated and refined, leaving little of the goodness and none of the beautiful smell. The butter is solid at room temperature and melts at 35 degrees Celsius. What can I do with raw organic cocoa butter? - Make chocolate deserts and bars. - Create creamy chocolate ice cream. - Sprinkle it on top of your Museli. - Mix it with raw cocoa powder and dip berries in it. - Combine it with raw agave nectar or honey for chocolate syrup. - Make chocolate pudding by blending it with cocoa powder & avocado. - Add it to your super foods (goji, maca, etc.) for an extra nutrient boost.
